Does my Annual Purchasing account renew every year?
Yes. An Annual Purchasing Account is an auto-renewal subscription that regularly renews on your behalf on the anniversary of your subscription purchase.
With auto-renewal you:
- Never miss out on the subscription service you've subscribed to.
- Avoid multiple renewal notices and marketing.
We'll automatically renew your subscription at the purchase price. You can view your renewal date, cancel or manage your subscription settings, and turn auto-renewal on or off at any time in your My Account area. You can also change your payment method and address information.
Unless you notify us before a charge that you want to cancel or don't want to auto-renew, we'll renew your subscription automatically. While subscribed to auto-renew, you authorize us (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law in your state) to collect the subscription price and any taxes, using any payment method we have on record for you.
How will I know when my subscription renews?
Annual Purchasing Account subscribers are notified of subscription renewal terms and the exact date of renewal at various points during the purchase process:
- In Terms & Conditions embedded in the credit application under Recurring and Automatic Payments https://creativeanalyticsdc.com/toc/
- Application affirmations (checkboxes) immediately prior to application signature
- On the Checkout page before entering your payment details -- this clearly states the exact date of renewal in 1 year
- On the email confirmation invoice received immediately after your purchase.
- If required by state law, some customers receive an automated email reminder 15-30 days prior to auto-renew.
How do I cancel my subscription before my renewal date to ensure I will not be charged again?
You may self-cancel your Subscription Plan effective at the end of any annual period by on any day of the period. If you wish to cancel your Subscription Plan and avoid a charge for the next annual period, you must do so at least two (2) days before the annual renewal date for your Subscription Plan. If you do not cancel at least two (2) days before your annual renewal date, but you do cancel on or before your annual renewal date, contact Customer Service for a refund.
If you cancel after your annual renewal date, you will be charged for the next annual period, and your cancellation will then be effective at the end of that annual period. You may use your Annual Purchasing Charge Account membership associated with your paid Subscription Plan until your cancellation is effective, but except as set forth in our Limited Refund Policy and Terms of Use, your Subscription Plan fee is non-refundable.
We are unable to cancel subscriptions on your behalf for security reasons. You may follow these steps to cancel your Annual Purchasing Charge Account:
- Login to your My Account area with your Username and Password.
- Go to View Subscriptions on the left-hand side of your screen.
- Click Cancel
