What are the eligibility requirements or criteria to qualify for a business account?
- Your business must operate in the United States as a domestic incorporated entity
- Must have an IRS-issued Tax ID # (Federal EIN)
- Must have a Dun & Bradstreet-issued (D-U-N-S) #
- The business must be established for at least 30 days
- Must have active up-to-date state of incorporation registration with a verifiable phone number
- Must not have any derogatory business reporting or delinquencies
- The applicant must be an Authorized Officer of the organization
How do I apply for a business account?
It is very easy to apply for a business account with Creative Analytics. All you need to do is to go to our Business Account Overview page, and fill out the application form for the account of your choosing.
Make sure that all the information is accurate to ensure faster and no-hassle approval.
How long does it take to process my application?
The entire verification process takes about 3-5 business days if there are no discrepancies between the information in your application and information found in credit bureau databases. Once your account has been approved, please keep an eye out for an approval email from our credit department. If there are any discrepancies, the credit department will contact you at the email address assigned to your account.
As you can understand the importance of proper verification and consistency of information for reporting purposes, it is of the utmost importance to us to ensure we protect your information and that we report the correct information to the business credit bureaus.
What are the invoicing terms for the Annual Purchasing Charge Account?
Our Annual Purchasing Charge account bills you on a monthly/~30-day revolving basis much like no-interest charge cards which issue a billing statement for all transactions made within the statement period. All transactions made during a monthly statement period are due by your statement closing date/bill date, which can be found in your My Account area.
Additionally, Charge account invoicing terms and payment instructions can be found on all printed invoices packed with order shipments and on all emailed order confirmations sent instantly upon placing your order.
Can I pay my application or membership fee by phone?
We are unable to accept payment over the phone for the privacy and confidentiality of our customers and protection from liability.
How do I check the status of my application?

How will I know if I have been approved?
Upon approval, you will receive an approval email with the next steps to the email address assigned to your account.
I was approved, what do I do next?
Once you receive your approval email, you want to make a minimum total purchase of $100 for the first reporting. Your application fee is included in your initial minimum purchase.
