How often do you report to the Credit bureaus?

We submit our reports to the credit bureaus monthly (on the last business day of each month)

Do I need to make monthly purchases to get reported each month?

Yes. With the type of account that you have, monthly purchases are required to ensure up-to-date reporting.

Is there a minimum spend/purchase requirement?

There is a minimum spend requirement of $100 (which includes your membership fee of $79) but this only applies to your first purchase. After you have met this requirement, you may spend/purchase any amount to be reported in a future cycle. Repayments are also reported.

I have already met the initial purchase requirement, when do you report it?

Congratulations on meeting this requirement. We will immediately report your account on the last business day of the month where this purchase was made.

What is Credit Terms?

The credit terms represent the number of days following the issue of an invoice that the invoices must be paid. Unless otherwise specified, the default credit terms are interest-free.

Can Creative Analytics provide Tradeline Reference?

Creative Analytics can provide credit/tradeline reference, however, we can only do it in writing and submitted electronically and not verbally or over the phone. There are criteria that a customer should meet first before making the request and these are as follows:

Have a minimum 3 months of transactions
Have an Active Account in good standing
