How do I update my expired card from my Annual Purchasing account?
Updating your card details is very easy. You may follow these simple steps:
- Login to your account here
- Click View Subscriptions from the left-hand side menu
- Click Update on the right side where your membership name
- Put your new card details and click Submit
How do I change my Billing address?
Yes. You have the option to change your billing address by logging into your account. From the left side menu of your screen, click Addresses, then click Edit beside your Billing Address.
To change your reported business address, you must contact our Customer Support team.
Will I be charged a late fee if I did not pay my bill on time?
If any portion of your bill is not paid by the due date, Creative Analytics may charge you a late fee on unpaid balances and may also terminate or suspend your Subscription or Membership without notice. The late fee will be the lesser of 10 % per annum or the highest rate permitted by law. If Creative Analytics uses a collection agency or legal action to recover monies due, you agree to reimburse us for all expenses we incur to recover such monies, including collections and attorneys’ fees. If you fail to pay on time and we refer your account(s) to a third party for collection, a collection fee will be assessed and will be due at the time of the referral to the third party. The fee will be calculated at the maximum percentage permitted by applicable law.
