Why can't I access my account? I'm entering the correct Username and Password.
It is very important to note the following when logging in to your Founders Circle account:
If your account was created before 24th August 2022, you can manage it directly from the Founders Circle website by entering your Username and Password. If you go straight to the main Creative Analytics website, your details will not be recognized even if you try to try to click on the Lost Your Password link.
If your account was created after 24th August 2022, you can manage your subscription from the Creative Analytics main website with your Founders Circle Username and Password.
How do I know which type of Founders Circle membership plan I have?
- You can easily see this by choosing Membership from the dropdown menu beside your Profile Photo (as shown below):
- Go to the Subscriptions tab, and from there, you will see the name of your membership plan.
Can I cancel my Founders Circle membership anytime? How?
Yes. You may cancel your membership anytime. We suggest doing it at least 48 hours from your renewal date to prevent any future charges. Any additional charge(s) (if you forgot to cancel before the renewal date) can not be refunded.
Your membership is self-managed online. We do not have access to do it on your behalf for security reasons. To cancel your membership, go to Membership from your dropdown menu beside your Profile Photo and click the Subscriptions tab. Move the bar to the right and click Cancel.
