How do I update my expiring/outdated credit card details?

Here are the steps to update your Founders Circle subscription payment details:

If your account was created before 24th August 2022, you can manage it directly from the Founders Circle site by entering your Username and Password.

1. Once logged in, click the drop-down menu beside your Profile photo and choose "Membership"
2. On the next page, click the Subscriptions tab.
3. Move the scroll bar to the right and click the "Update" button on the right side of your current membership details and current expiration date
4. Input your new payment details and click the Submit button

If your account was created after 24th August 2022, you can manage your subscription from the Creative Analytics main website here with your Founders Circle Username and Password.

1. Once logged in, click Payment Method from the left side of your screen
2. Click Add Payment Method highlighted in pink below your card info
3. Put all the details of the new card and click Save
4. After adding the new card, click Delete beside your old card info
